Minnesota’s premier cohousing information source!
Twin Cities Cohousing Network (TCCN) is becoming CohousingMN. Our new name is coming with a brand new website CohousingMN.org, but we remain a charitable not-for-profit educational organization committed to educating Minnesotans about the exciting features of each cohousing community that sparks a “neighborhood reimagened.” Our name change better reflects our larger service area, which now extends beyond Minnesota into a few counties in Wisconsin (Douglas, Pierce, and St Croix) because of their close economic ties with Duluth and St. Paul.

We believe that cohousing communities help people live longer and healthier lives with shared meals and activities, increase resilience with feelings of belonging and, and lower the carbon footprint of the entire community by sharing resources and working together collaboratively.
Our newest event:
- Oct 22, 2025 — Architect Sam Naylor, AIARegister for this free virtual event to learn what Sam Naylor discovered about the influence of architecture on community living and his insights insights into how design can influence housing equity.

Cohousing communities nourish and model healthy and sustainable families, neighborhoods, and individuals.
